My heater is not working

My heater is not working

I have been having heating issues in my home for so many years.

It is really no fun at all.

I am sick of having to worry about my house being cold. My furnace died on me about three years ago, and ever since then, it has been quite a battle to keep my house warm. I tried using all-electric space heaters and fireplaces to heat the house, but they were not very efficient at all. It cost me so much to run them that I could hardly afford food each month. I decided to change to propane heating. I just could never afford to buy a new furnace, which was my main problem. I have found that propane heating is much cheaper and more efficient than heating with electricity. My house is much warmer now that I have been using propane heaters instead of electric heaters. Unfortunately, one of my main propane heaters stopped igniting last week. I was so upset because I feel like I just bought that one. In reality, it has been about four months, but that still is not very long. I think I know what is wrong with the propane heater. I believe that it is the thermocouple. I have done quite a bit of research, and it all leans towards the thermocouple being the problem. I hope that is what it is because it is not that expensive or difficult to replace. I ordered a new one, and it should arrive at my house tomorrow. It is not nearly as warm in my house with one of my main propane heaters missing. I can’t wait to get it working once again.
