I tripped over my partner’s furnace and broke my leg

I tend to be a bit of a clutz, but I swear that my partner purposely leaves things out just to try and make me trip on them so that he can get a great laugh.

I cannot tell you how several times I have tripped over my partner’s shoes.

He gets house from labor pretty late each evening, and I am usually already sleeping. He takes his labor shoes off in the dining room, even though he takes them off right at the door. If he just walked a few feet and took them off, it would not be a large deal, even though he doesn’t. I get up pretty early in the day, and I don’t turn the lights on because I don’t want to wake him. I almost always trip on his shoes no matter how difficult I try to avoid them. I feel he puts them in slightly bizarre spots each time so that I never quite know where they are going to be, not only does he leave his shoes by the door, even though he also leaves his space furnace in odd places. He uses a space furnace just about every single afternoon during the winter time months. He gets really cold in the dining room and in the kitchen when he is cooking dinner. He basically takes his space furnace with him throughout the house. It is like the little puppy that follows him everywhere that he goes. Well, he tends to leave the space furnace right in the middle of the walkway. I tripped over the cord of his space furnace the other afternoon, and I fell and broke my leg. I feel he finally feels exhausting about making my trip even though he did laugh at first. I do not care for that space furnace now.
