I could understand the closing if it had to do with lack of purchasers, but, my buddy and I have so multiple that my buddy and I were scheduling a month out for most routine appointments. The reason that the site is closing is because of the building! The owners don’t want to invest any cash into the upkeep as well as never have. Now, the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system needs to be replaced as well as the colse is in the thousands. If they had just spent the cash on an annual basis, had the system tuned up, as well as done general maintenance, it actually would still be toiling fine. I know that each time my boss called the owners about have the system checked they just blew it off as well as said that it was fine. When you have a site with as much electrical component as my buddy and I do, air conditioning is super important. The machines produce a ton of heat as well as if not kept in a cool environment, it can cause detriment to those as well.
