I hate being home alone all of the time. I do not take it for granted because sometimes it is nice but I would like to have someone around sometimes. It means that I usually have to take care of problems that happen on my own then. First, we had a leaking roof. Then, our washer was not working. Finally, we just had our furnace kick the bucket. I tried to turn it on because I know that you should try to use it before the winter season starts. This is to make sure that the system works properly. I am glad that I tried to use it and I found out it was not working, but now I have to take care of this on my own. I swear my roommate does nothing. I called the local HVAC company to look at the furnace. They needed to see what was wrong with it so that they could fix it. It turned out that the system was just really dirty and it could not operate. The system was so dirty that the air filters were clogged up. The heating coils were covered with bacteria growing on it. The HVAC professional cleaned all of this off for me. He showed me how I might be able to do this on my own. It is especially important to do this during the fall and spring after the long months of working or sitting. These pieces of equipment collect dust as well and it is important to keep them really clean to be in working condition.
