There are so many times that I wish I could go back and change the things I have done.
I wish I could tell my younger self things for the future.
My life would have been a lot different if I could I feel like. One of the things i would tell myself is to take proper care of your things. I want to take care of my HVAC system a lot more. I would pay more attention to how to take proper care of it. I would inquire about tips on how to help my system work less but still heat or cool my home. The reason for all of this is because I recently just installed an HVAC system in my house. It must have been only 10 years ago. That is really not that long of a time. I treated my HVAC system so poorly over these ten years though. I never cleaned it, it broke down frequently, I did not change the air filters, and I always ran it on whatever temperature I had wanted. Since I was so careless and neglectful towards my HVAC system, it has decided to break down one final time. The HVAC professional told me that this time it needs to be replaced. I am so torn up about it because HVAC systems are not cheap at all. Lucky for me my HVAC business does provide nice financing for me. I can purchase a new system and finance it so I can afford it. All I have to keep doing is making payments on it. If only I could talk to my younger self though.
