I ran into my bosses office, frantic plus hopeful at the same time for the new year, then everyone in our office knows that the new year means a new budget… Some people in the office suppose that my fantastic friend and I need new chairs while others employees would vote for a new scanner, however i suppose that the best way to spend the money would be to buy a new Heating & A/C system! A new Heating & A/C system would be a fantastic investment for the office. Sometimes, the A/C in the office doesn’t work in the afternoons… With such large windows,the morninglight comes into the office in the afternoon plus makes the building absolutely warm. While most of the people in my office do not see the need for a new Heating & A/C system, I can attest to the necessity of a new Heating & A/C system in our building. Each month, the heating plus cooling costs increase on our yearly energy bill. As I am the one responsible for making these payments, I see that replacing the Heating & A/C would be the best use of the surplus of corporation money. While most of my coworkers would argue that a new heating plus cooling system would only benefit the corporation plus not the individual employees, I must disagree, being comfortable in the job depends on a number of factors. Being too tepid or too freezing during the work morning can dramatically decrease productivity, but replacing the Heating & A/C would be an easy maintenance to a long term complication plus save us even more money for the upcoming year.
