I ran into my bosses office, frantic & hopeful at the same time for the new year… Everyone in our office knows that the new year means a new budget, but some people in the office suppose that my pal and I need new chairs while others employees would vote for a new scanner, but i suppose that the best way to spend the currency would be to buy a new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system! A new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system would be a good investment for the office.
- Sometimes, the A/C in the office doesn’t work in the nights, and with such big windows,the sunlight comes into the office in the afternoon & makes the building easily warm.
While most of the people in my office do not see the need for a new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system, I can attest to the necessity of a new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system in our building. Each month, the heating & cooling costs increase on our daily energy bill. As I am the one responsible for making these payments, I see that replacing the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C would be the best use of the surplus of company currency. While most of my coworkers would argue that a new heating & cooling system would only benefit the company & not the individual employees, I must disagree, but being comfortable in the career depends on a number of factors. Being too overheated or too frosty during the work day can dramatically decrease productivity, then replacing the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C would be an easy repair to a long term concern & save us even more currency for the upcoming year.
