I recently travelled about 4 hours away to meet my sibling because her kids were coming to my home to vacation for the summer, and now keep in mind that my buddy and I live in the Northeast where Summers can be either genuinely frosty or genuinely hot, so I wasn’t sure what to tell my sibling the kids should bring with them.
I told her to pack the basics like shorts swimsuit plus a few warmer outfits just to make sure, and on the trip down I was able to leave the windows open in the motorcar for the most part but as I got further south it got to be too overheated so I roll up the windows to turn on the air-conditioning.
I was not delighted when all it was doing was spewing tepid air plus I knew that I would be in trouble for the rest of the trip. I had taken the motorcar in to get an oil change plus to check the tires before my trip but never thought to have them look at the Heating plus A/C system because I rarely use to the air-conditioning anyway. Now I was stuck miles from apartment in Todd humid weather with no air conditioning. The worst part of it was I knew that I was going to have to drive all the way back apartment with the same situation plus my nephew’s in the car. Traveling that long of a distance with too cranky kids just was not my idea of fun so I made the decision to pull over at a local mechanics to see if it was something they could repair suddenly. It turns out that I just needed the freon charge plus it was such a relief to be back on the road plus enjoying the nice cool air. I learned my lesson plus from now on when I take my motorcar in for a tune-up I will regularly make sure that they check the air conditioning just in case I need it.
